Nitish, the founder of Maxpro, with over 20 years of experience in the field of audit, assurance and accounting, brings a wide range of skills on the table. An Alumnus of Delhi University, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also a Masters in Business Finance. He has worked with one of the big four firms for a substantial period of his enriched professional span.
His goal to consistently innovate as well as to provide excellent services comes as a by-product of his work for multinational firms across sectors as well as the listed companies.
His client portfolio has been extensive, includes those from Consumer products, Real estate & Hospitality, Infrastructure, Information Technology, Auto Ancillaries and Manufacturing Sector.
He is also a trainer for Technical matters, Core Skills, Methodology and Tools.
His presence gives us the chance to explore territories we haven’t explored before, and he stands at the helm of it as a leader par none.
Nimit the founder of Brand Owl marketing and partner in Talent-S-Get, with over 10 years of experience in the field of marketing , sales ,and tech support brings wide range of skills on the table. Having graduated from MGU , he went on to acquire diploma in Foreign trade from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan .He has also trained for Merchant Navy in his early years while on his way to carve the path . He was instrumental in setting up North India operations of Food Panda and subsequently parts of South India for Hungerplate.com. Nimit now owns digital marketing company ( Brand Owl) servicing both onshore and offshore markets .His goal is to consistently innovate as well as to provide excellent services comes as a by-product of his work for his clients .

Reena brings with her a plethora of experience in various fields, with a portfolio amassing over 25 years in the profession. Reena is B.Com (Hons) graduate from Delhi University and qualified Chartered Accountant. Following her stints with E&Y India as a Sr. Manager in Assurance and Audit Services for substantial period and as a Business/Finance Processes Controller with Bird Group, Reena along with Nitish had been instrumental in guiding the firm since 2015. With extensive experience in business process re-engineering, risk evaluation, working capital management and more, her experience as a professional and her leadership as a visionary has been helping the firm scaling new heights.
An Audit and Risk management professional from the manufacturing industry with 30+ years’ experience in setting up internal controls systems with a domain expertise in ERM at Entity and Process level in FMCG, Electricals, Engineering and Auto ancillary manufacturing industry comprises of multilocation plant operation set up in SAP Environment.
A certified IATF Internal Auditor, with dual specialization in Ops and Finance, and Enterprise Risk Management from IIM, Bangalore. He has been associated with
brands like JCT, Pan Parag, Subros, Caparo & Okaya Power.
Somnath Mukherjee (known as Som) has over 30 years of technology experience and has served across leading organization like
Xerox India, Shriram Industries. As a technocrat he has robust experience in complete IT Operations encompassing Projects
Management (Conception & Implementation), Infrastructure Management, Procurement and Systems Management and Security
Compliances. A keen bplanner, strategist and implementer, Somnath has proven record of Delivering projects from
conceptualization to delivery within preset budgets / deadlines. Most recently, Som was leading the IT for Teleperformance
India as Vice President-IT, working closely with the Teleperformance Global team. At present, he is working as IT
Consultant providing strategic advice on SAAS based contact center solutions and smart applications for startups.
Somnath holds a master’s degree in Chemistry with Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and Design. He is
also a Certified CISO. Som is an avid follower of Soccer and loves to watch and play the game in his spare time
besides travelling.
Adyasa is an MBA-HR pass out from Utkal University, Odisha and she has been associated with MaxPro Consulting Services LLP in the capacity of Manager HRBP. She is a passionate HR professional with more than 9 years of experience in various different sectors including Media, Education, NBFC, Manufacturing & Facility Management industry with Mid & Large Sized organisations. She has a rich exposure into various facets of HR activities like, formulating & implementing HR programs partnering with the management for building human capital and improving overall employee experience from entry to exit. She demonstrates a solution finding & detail oriented approach that makes her a skilled HR Business partner as well as an apt choice for advisory roles, enhancing the overall employee value proposition.
Gaurav has been with us for over 3 years now. He is a key player in servicing our internal and external customers for the Accounting, MIS, and invoicing division. Young and energetic, he has played vital role in keeping our customers happy and satisfied! Loves to surf the internet , and try his hands on the kitchen tools to prepare the best of recipes .
